Participant Data Analysis

Keane’s unique PlanScape^SM data risk assessment is an analysis of 401(k) plan participant records (also available for non-401(k) ERISA defined benefit/defined contribution plans). The analysis report identifies inconsistencies in participant addresses, highlights errors in Social Security numbers, and provides any updates to participants' life status.  The objective is to help plan sponsors "clean up" your participant database and ensure that it is current and accurate so communication flows freely, distributions are made as necessary and the plan fiduciary can meet all of the related responsibilities. Depending on the unique demand of each plan, the PlanScape analysis is repeated on a quarterly, annual, or as-needed basis to ensure on-going compliance requirements are met.
