We’re pleased to announce Ray Dunn, Managing Partner of Dry Valley Advisors, LLC, has come on board as a strategic business consultant to our Investor Communication and Retention Solutions division.  Ray has more than 20 years experience of providing support and consulting services to corporate issuers on matters impacting their registered and beneficial shareowners – and as a result, brings a unique perspective to compliance and corporate governance issues.

 

Ray hails from The Southern Company, an Atlanta-based utility holding company, where he served as the manager of the Stockholder Services Department. He has experience managing direct stock purchase plans, transfer registrars, director compensation processing, proxy production and distribution, retail investor relations and corporate governance coordination.

 

Ray will operate as an extension of the Keane brand as we look to build upon our leadership position as a holistic provider of specialty risk and compliance solutions. Our partnership with Ray – someone who has an intimate knowledge of our industry and who “speaks our language” – will enable us to develop solutions, services and products to further help our clients reduce cost and better manage risk. More specifically, we will look to Dunn to help us develop new services and products to support Keane SCORE™, our single, collaborative environment designed to centralize and automate the risk and compliance process.
