what our clients are saying

“Seeing the results of Keane's IDQ analysis was quite shocking....for the first time we could see that we had a significant number of accounts that were dormant or deceased.  Through Keane's IDQ, we can offer services that aren’t directly provided by our transfer agent, finding lost shareholders and helping heirs get their accounts re-registered.  And, the program reduces costs for Teradata.”

Keane’s Asset Recovery services involve personalized assistance to thousands of shareholders every year. That is why we prepare members of our Shareholder Services Group to offer expert guidance in a professional and courteous manner.  Our goal is to continue setting the benchmark of quality for the industry.  Recent results from our shareholder satisfaction survey program indicate that we are succeeding.

Among individuals who work with Keane through an asset recovery, 97% described their experience as a positive one.  Furthermore, another 93% claimed they would not have known about their entitlement without Keane’s assistance.  These encouraging scores were further supported in a recent interaction we had with a shareholder who just happened to be a top-level executive from a prominent Fortune 500 company.  He described his experience with Keane—in which we helped to recover an asset that was at risk of escheating to a state—as one filled with straightforward and candid answers.  He went on to say he “had no knowledge of the existence of this asset, so recovery without the assistance of The Keane Organization would not have been possible.  Keane takes great pride in the service they offer.”  According to Bill Berger, Keane’s EVP of Client and Shareholder Services, “Providing quality results to our clients and their shareholders is our most important goal.  That’s why hearing a shareholder describe the positive impact we’ve had is always a very gratifying experience.”
